With the following dates in place:
Sunday October 8, 2006 Annapolis, MD
Tuesday October 10, 2006 Cleveland, OH
Thursday October 12, 2006 Chicago, IL
Realistically, Frank would have to play ...

Re: re: Upcoming touring
Seems to me that with Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio all in a straight line down down I-35, and Houston just a slight detour, there should be at least four opportunities in Texas to make a trek southward worthwhile for FMMR.

Re: re: Maxoom, Child of the Novelty & Strange Universe
Surely an artist should own his/her own songs. It's a bit of a sicko industry.
What about re-recording them!!
That would teach the greedy record companies.
It's not quite that simple mate... Just do a Google search for "Michael Jackson Beatles." Here's a small example - there is much more to ...

re: Guitar Player - April 2005 Issue
A very nice read - I think especially so for those who don't follow Frank like us Franksters do. Short and to the point - but it covered some very important points.
And I'm really glad to see that Frank is finally getting a chance to debunk the whole "Hendrix thing" in a well known, widely ...

Greetings Franksters!
What needs to be understood here is that these albums were NOT remixed because the original masters were accidentally destroyed many moons ago (crying moons!) . These were remastered by Frank Marino himself while working from nearly pristine half-inch tapes.

re: Re-Releases of older stuff
Got my CDs and UK tour shirt today!!!
I listened to part of "Full Circle" on the way home from the post office. Sounds fantastic.
I opted not to get these signed because I already got a signed copy of "Real Live!" and what I really wanted was a guitar pick - because I live in Asia and don't have ...

Hmm...
I know a lot of people are upset - I know I damn sure would be if I had non-refundable plane tickets and other expenses wrapped up in a show that got canceled at the last minute.
I know everyone wants to know what happened. Obviously Frank didn't want to say what it is. And now it looks ...

I had no chance to go to a show this summer anyways... as I live in Asia.
But I still find this terribly depressing. I was hoping this was going to lead to bigger and better things. Let's just hope those gigs in New York and Europe stir up some excitement and get a promoter thinking he can make a ...
